We stayed at this lovely hotel with our three dogs and enjoyed the convenient location near Ben Yehuda Street. The warm Israeli breakfast was perfect after a busy day exploring. The staff, especially Firas, went out of his way to accommodate us.

In my wife’s opinion, a better play area would enhance the experience for families.

I had an excellent experience at Montefiore Hotel By Smart Hotels during my recent work trip. The location was perfect, situated just a short walk from key business centers. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, allowing for restful nights. The staff provided outstanding service, readily assisting with any requests and offering helpful local advice. Breakfast was a delightful start to my days with a selection of fresh pastries and good coffee.

The room was pretty comfy and well-maintained. I loved that there were plenty of outlets to charge our devices. It had a nice window that opened up to a quiet residential area. The bathroom was clean, and everything worked fine. It felt cozy and had a good vibe. Just a couple of minor things—there was some old fruit at breakfast someone didn't like, but that didn’t bother me much. Overall, a solid stay!

This place suits me perfectly! With free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and friendly staff, I always feel at home. They once returned my forgotten shower bag! Highly recommend for a pleasant stay!

The place had a very comfortable bed, I actually got some good sleep! also, the staff was friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel welcomed like I was at home.

Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired—specifically, there were noticeable hairs on the bed and in the shower. Additionally, the breakfast selection, while plentiful, didn’t quite measure up in quality to what you might find at more upscale hotels. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, practically nonexistent in the rooms, which can be a hassle for those needing to stay connected.
